Here are the answers to some of the most Frequently Asked Questions our firm receives.
Q. Do I have to make my estimate payment?
A. NO! But if your taxes for the year are underdeposited, you could be subject to a penalty. Usually we setup penalty proof estimates. If your income increases the deposits will avoid penalty. If your income is down from the prior year, we may need to talk and estimate the deposit each quarter.Late deposits will not reduce early underpayment penalties.
Q. What is the Privacy Policy of David J Keudell CPA?
A. As your CPA, we collect:*Information provided by you from your tax organizer,worksheets,documents and discussions.*Information that we develop as part of the engagement.As your CPA,we are required to keep all information about our engagement confidential so we will not disclose any information about you unless we have your approval or are required by law. This applies even if you are no longer a client.As your CPA, we are committed to safekeeping of your confidential information.
